Apogee Customer Service Phone Orders Please call us at 763-559-2739 between 8am - 5pm Central Standard Time to place an order by phone. Apogee Gifts is excited to customize a gift for you. All items on our website are also available for individual purchase. If you are a business customer please call and inquire about our extensive corporate gift offerings. Standard Shipping We have a table rate shipping policy for anywhere in the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories. We ship with UPS Ground. Orders should arrive within 5-7 business days (this includes a processing time of 1-2 days). Please note: UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes. Standard Ground Rate: $7.95 and up. Perishable gifts may have restrictions on shipping methods and delivery times. To help ensure quality, ice packs may be added at $1.00 a piece. Express Shipping If your order requires faster service, please contact us at 763-559-2739. We will do our best to accommodate rush orders based on product availability. Returns At Apogee Gifts it is our priority to provide a quality gift experience; if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us within 7 days. Apogee Gifts will be happy to replace the items with another selection of equal value or refund the credit card used for the purchase. If items were damaged in shipping please notify us immediately. We do not accept items that were worn or damaged due to improper handling. Shipping on returned items is not refundable. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Apogee Gifts is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Privacy At Apogee Gifts we understand the sensitivity of your personal information and we DO NOT share or sell your personal information with other parties. Personal Email - we ask for your email so we may communicate with you and update you on new products or other Apogee news. We also need your email for billing purposes so we may send you an order confirmation.
